  Custom RV is family owned and operated by the same family for the last 30+ years. The owners Rusty and his son Justin are not only kind, so funny, and awesome to work with but they give superior customer service! They sell and service new & used 5th wheels and R-Pods and Travel Trailers.
  The rest of the staff is just kind and all are very knowledgeable. They also carry a wide range of parts and accessories to enhance your recreational vehicle. I have gone to Custom RV just to visit so I could get a good laugh with Rusty. They also started making and converting motorcycle trikes! These are a huge hit for people who don't want the pressure of lifting the bike up and down. They give your knees a break.

  Extremely dishonest and unprofessional business!!! Avoid at all cost. Drive right past and take your RV to Dallas, Lubbock or any other place than Custom RV. This place will perform unauthorized unneeded repairs.
  
  Took my 1 1/2 year old RV in for an estimate and review to determine if a toed in axle was covered under warranty. Had the RV reviewed by Shorty Bear's prior to taking to Custom RV and they confirmed the axle was out of alignment. After 2 months of sitting at Custom RV, I receive a call from Justin saying the brakes and bearings (of both axles) were the cause of the wear and tear on a single tire. I specifically stated that service was not to be performed. A few days later I return to pick up my RV at which time Justin began justifying unauthorized repairs stating those repairs must be made to assess the axle. Even so, they determined the axle to be 1/4" offset and said this was within manufacture specs. Any certified mechanic will tell you a 1/4" axle offset is not in any manufacture norms. Any sound mechanic will also verify that first of all, brakes have NOTHING to do with axle alignment and bearings and brakes to do not need to be replaced before measuring the axle alignment.
  
  Additionally he took it upon himself to do repairs on brakes and bearings on the 2nd axle, which had no issues. In fact, they had no authorization, request or need to even attempt any work on the 2nd axle. A copy of the enclosed invoice shows I authorized review of one axle and the front cap fading.
  
  Finally after all said and done, I go back to retrieve my camper to find a new hole in the front of the camper which was not there prior to me taking my camper in.
  
  After leaving Custom RV, I took my RV back to Shorty Bear's who evaluated all the original parts removed from my camper and found none of the bearings needed replaced and one magnet on one brake COULD be replaced but did not affect its function. Regardless, Custom RV had no right or authorization to replace brakes, brake hubs and bearings on a camper that was 1.5 years old and did not need repair.
  
  Here is photo of the invoice where Justin states the parts were "melted" down. Also are photos of the actual parts removed from my RV and as deemed by Shorty Bear's, in perfect working condition.
