  These a-holes tried to cheat my 83 year old great grandma out of her washer. They picked up my grandmothers washer and told us it'd be fixed for 150$. 2 days later they tried to bring a beat up, scratched, and dented hotpoint washer that was completely unlike my grandmothers. They then tried to lie to us saying they swapped a few parts and it's the original. It even had some one else's dirty wet clothes...despicable. they still haven't brought our washer back. Liar and theives.
